Hudco 4120
Beaded Wearing Compound
- High Temperature -
HUDCO 4120 is a specially formulated wearing compound that contains
high wear resistance beads in a strong, durable epoxy matrix that is
reinforced with ballistic grade aramid fiber for added wear resistance. The beads are made
of a high wear resistant material. The beads in 4120 provide improved
material flow properties while yielding excellent wear resistance to
a variety of abrasive materials. 4120 is designed for use in applications
where elevated temperatures are present.
HUDCO 4120 is supplied in a complete kit including tools for mixing
and application.
Applications:
HUDCO 4120 provides excellent wear protection in a wide range of applications
including chutes, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying equipment, coal
pulverizers, and other areas where high wear occurs.
